We offer a unique, comprehensive, on-demand programme for internal accident / incident investigators. The objectives of the programme are to enable robust internal investigations in relation to safety, health and environmental adverse events, with a focus on developing the skills needed to produce a high-quality accident / incident investigation report.

This programme focuses on how to maximise the learning from an investigation, which is critical in enabling the improvement of health and safety and environmental performance and preventing a re-occurrence of an adverse event.

Based on our popular face to face programme, this course is the equivalent of a 3 day workshop but is delivered via distance learning and is accessible 24/7, which is invaluable to allow delegates to progress through the course at their own pace and convenience. Each licence issued to an individual is valid for 12 months, giving the opportunity to refer back to course materials as and when needed.

There are 16 chapters, each accompanied by an informative and engaging video, guidance notes and practical exercises that use safety, health and environmental scenarios to help implement the skills learned from the programme. Some exercises receive personalised feedback from Madeleine so we are able to measure the competence of the delegate completing the course and provided targeted assistance.

We can tailor the content to your business, for example, using and explaining your own internal notification, investigation and reporting procedures and proformas, dependent on the amount of the licences taken and the course can also be readily converted into the Lead investigator programme which is the equivalent of a 4-day face to face course.
