This half-day course is designed for Front Line Managers and Supervisors to look at their current contribution towards health and safety performance and see opportunities to improve.

The delivery style is a mixture of presentation, small group working on case studies and questions and answers throughout to ensure engagement and for Madeleine to gain an insight of the delegate’s understanding and attitudes towards their responsibilities within their role.
